Junior Architectural Draftsman - Villa Projects

Our Client, a well established Interior Build & Contracting Group based in Dubai, is seeking a skilled & talented Junior Architectural Draftsman experienced in Luxury Villa Projects to be a part of their innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans for Villa projects using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate closely with senior architects and designers to create stunning villa interiors.
• Draft plans for civil, architectural, MEP, and interior works, ensuring precision and quality.
• Assist in the creation of project documentation, specifications, and construction details.
• Maintain adherence to project timelines and design standards.

• Experience: 1-2 years of UAE experience in AutoCAD drafting, particularly in high end luxury villa projects or residential designs.
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in producing drawings.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Additional Skills: Understanding of building codes, regulations, and luxury villas or residential design trends.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
