Job description / Role
The job holder will be responsible for stores operations so as to ensure maximum sales, maximum profitability, optimum stocking, increase in customer satisfaction and continued business growth. The job holder will also be responsible for maintaining the desired visual merchandising, retail operations, customer service, replenishment, recovery standards in his/her area in the store in all aspects. The job holder is also responsible for mentoring and coaching the team and driving continuous improvements.
Requirements
The Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG/Food discounter/Supermarket format business as an Area Manager or should have experience in Store Operations role.
Candidate should be Detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
We would prefer candidates who are willing to relocate to Saudi & other GCC countries in the future.
