Job description / Role
A leading US international law firm is seeking to bolster its presence on the ground with a Banking & Finance Associate with a focus on Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
The roll will allow suitable lawyers to focus on asset finance, project finance, property finance and Shariah compliant transactions.
The transactions themselves will be primarily asset related involving real estate, ships, aircraft and project assets or complex structured transactions in both Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
Salary:
AED
30,000 to 45,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Suitable Banking lawyers will be expected to:
- Have full admittance in a recognised western jurisdiction.
- At least 1 – 4 years PQE
- Solid experience operating within a leading international law firm with a proven track record.
- Motivated to relocate (or remain) in the UAE.
- A personal drive and desire to continually improve.
About the Company
Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.
