Position Title: Junior Barista

Salary: up to 4,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A new social boutique cafe in Abu Dhabi for artists and coffee drinkers.

Job Description:
• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, cold brews) using espresso machines and grinders.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and offer menu recommendations.
• Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.

• Open to Filipino and Nepali nationals, 35 years old and below
• At least 1 year of experience in Café set up – open to home country experience if good and already in Abu Dhabi
• Must be hygienic and looks presentable
• Preferably someone who can join immediately or up to notice only 1 month

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
