Junior Billing Specialist

Job description / Role

We’re looking for a Junior Billing Specialist to join a leading professional services team in Dubai. You’ll work directly with partners, clients, and the finance team — handling client billing, vendor payments, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll do:
1. Manage monthly client billing and vendor payments
2. Track budgets, accounts receivable, and coordinate collections
3. Work on billing, tax, and reporting requirements
4. Contribute to special projects within finance

What we’re looking for:

1. 2+ years’ billing experience in professional services
2. Training or qualification in accounting preferred
3. Advanced Excel skills and financial software knowledge welcome
4. Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
5. Team player who can work proactively and independently

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
