Employment: Full Time

We are currently working with a leading multinational organisation within the FMCG industry. Due to the growth they are seeing in the market, they are looking to recruit a Junior Brand Manager for one of their leading categories. The role will cover the MEA region where you'll have full autonomy to drive the brand's strategy from a regional perspective.

You're main responsibilities will be but no limited to the following:
* Participate in the development of overall strategic framework for the brand across MEA
* Support in the development and the implementation of marketing strategies to meet established marketing objectives
* Monitor and track brands' market shares to identify risks and opportunities
* Manage media and advertising agencies, constantly track results to further optimize results
* Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on product performance and customer feedback to identify products' features that need to be changed to meet customer needs
* Support in forecasting at brand level
* Develop and implement promotions
* Develop tools to enable to CM team have an excellent in store execution
* Manage the brand's website

Requirements

* Must have FMCG experience within a multinational
* Minimum 2 years' experience in implementing brand activation plans and managing agencies (writing briefs, tracking agreed on plans, tracking communication plans results with recommendation on improving them)
* Fluent in Arabic
* Ideally managed MEA or GCC markets
* Preference for a female candidate
