Job description
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to reach out to customers for payment for overdue bills, loans, or other payments. Act as the liaison between creditors, customers and manages overdue accounts.
Key Account abilities
- Payment collections of past and current dues.
- Follow up the list of customers have not made payments.
- Locate customers using credit information, background checks, loan documents, and other paperwork or databases.
- Inform clients of overdue accounts and amount currently owed.
- Collaborate with accounts receivables staff regarding collection of payments.
- Maintain and update record of customers from whom collections are made.
Job Context
- Duties performed in both indoor and outdoor and involves some physical effort
Requirements
Qualifications, Experience
- High school certificate.-
- 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Good in communication (speaking, reading and writing).-
- Good in figures numbers
- Ability to work long working hours.-
- Valid driving license.

- Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
