About the Client:
One of the leading freight shipment brokerage firms for cars handling all kinds of vintage, racing, luxury vehicles based in Dubai
Job Description:
• The actual role is Junior Operations Assistant with focus on commercial side of business
• Prepare initial client quotations based on requirement and requested details
• Initiate the process of all documentation needed for all shipment transactions including templates, checking of new regulations or updated rules within the industry and country protocols
• Act accordingly on any special requests, notes of instructions from VVIP clients
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 35 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE
• Must have experience in Logistics
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
