Junior Commercial / Procurement Lawyer

Job description / Role

We are recruiting for the in-house legal team for a leading real estate and destination development firm headquartered in the UAE. It operates across multiple business verticals, including real estate, hospitality & tourism, sports & leisure, and commercial/leisure destinations.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in drafting and reviewing procurement, vendor, and services agreements.
2. Support bid reviews, tenders, and RFP processes, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
3. Work with senior counsel to support contract management and governance requirements.
4. Provide practical legal input into procurement and supply chain processes.

1. UK, US, or Commonwealth qualified lawyer with 1–3 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE).
2. Early career exposure to commercial contracts or procurement in a law firm or in-house environment.
3. Strong legal drafting skills with excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
4. Proactive and commercially minded approach, able to contribute effectively under the guidance of senior counsel.

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
