Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading global law firm who is looking to hire a NQ -1 PQE Construction Disputes Associate to join its leading practice in Dubai. You will be working alongside a number of highly experienced UK / US qualified Lawyers on mainly contentious matters.
The role will involve working with developers, contractors, sub-contractors and financiers on matters including infrastructure, commercial development and major project work. Our client advises on major projects in leisure, residential, retail and office development. The work will be mainly contentious, with potentially aspects of non-contentious work as required.
The successful candidate should have NQ - 1 years’ contentious experience with some experience of non-contentious. You should also have experience working for a well-regarded construction law firm, preferably on an international scale. Those candidates that are Common Law qualified and already in the Middle East or interested in relocating from the UK, Australia, New Zealand etc. looking to work on large-scale matters at a high profile firm.
