Job description / Role
A leading regional law firm with international expertise based in Dubai with the presence of 9 offices in six countries are looking for a Junior Corporate Associate to join one of the corporate teams in the Dubai office.
As Junior Associate to work on complex joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and other related corporate commercial work.
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
• Experience in commercial and corporate laws;
• 2+ years PQE;
• Western-educated and experienced;
• Experience in the management of matters and clients;
• Excellent communication skills; and
• The ideal candidate will have experience in the GCC.
Salary depending on the level of experience.
