What we are looking for: CRM Analyst

We are looking for an Analyst to join our CH brand who will support the CRM evolution. This role will help capture and coordinate CH requirements and project manage them to delivery.

What you will do:

- Work closely with the Brand Manager to manage specific CRM projects/requirements
- Constantly manage CRM activities to support brands customer lifecycle management
- Coordinate with relevant department managers to deliver projects to time and cost budgets
- Manage the scheduling, testing and deployment of all CRM and eCRM projects
- Design, build and run Business Intelligence reports for country's needs (monthly and quarterly)
- Send SMS's
- Provide monthly/weekly reports - including but not limited to, campaign measurement and customer segmentation analysis

Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle a lot of different Excel reports
- Ability to create new reports and track data, frequency, success
- Be proactive and understand brands needs
- Around 2-3 years of relevant experience
