Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is hands-on, curious, and eager to grow into a well-rounded creative professional. This role goes beyond static design and focuses on visual storytelling, video content, and independent execution across multiple platforms.

You will support the Marketing team by creating visual and video content, assisting with shoots, editing materials, and contributing ideas to an evolving content pipeline. The role suits someone who is comfortable working independently, takes ownership of tasks, and is keen to learn across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design
• Create visual assets for digital and print, including presentations, social media content, internal communications, and marketing materials
• Adapt designs to align with brand guidelines and project-specific requirements
• Support senior designers with layouts, templates, and creative production

Video & Motion Content
• Edit videos for social media, website, presentations, and internal use
• Assist in developing short-form and long-form video content
• Apply basic motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound editing
• Contribute to building and maintaining a structured video and content pipeline

Photo & Video Shooting
• Support basic photo and video shoots for projects, events, offices, and behind-the-scenes content
• Understand framing, composition, lighting basics, and camera handling
• Assist with setup, shooting, and post-production preparation

Creative & Content Development
• Contribute creative ideas for content formats, storytelling, and visual concepts
• Support planning and execution of content calendars
• Translate project information into engaging visual and video content
• Stay aware of current design, video, and content trends

Collaboration & Independence
• Work closely with the Marketing team and other departments
• Manage tasks independently once briefed, including timelines and basic coordination
• Take responsibility for assigned deliverables from start to finish

Required Skills & Experience
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
• Proficiency in key design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong skills in video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar)
• Basic understanding of photography and video shooting principles
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple small tasks
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback

Desired (Nice to Have)
• Experience with motion graphics or animation
• Basic knowledge of social media formats and content requirements
• Interest in architecture, exhibitions, events, or cultural projects
• Willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and technologies

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
