Job description / Role
A multinational organization are seeking a junior level HR Business Partner to be responsible for a small team across UAE & KSA.
- Lead recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, working with recruitment agencies, interviewing and offer management
- Work with managers on performance management issues in the team
- Facilitate training programmes and identify training needs
- Maintain employee records and administer all changes to employment contracts etc
- Work with Regional HR Head on implementing HR strategy and any changes to polices and procedures
Requirements
This role requires an Arabic speaker (preferably male) and is able to travel regionally
- Must have at least 3-4 years experience in a HR role
- Good knowledge of UAE and KSA labour laws
- Strong experience in recruitment including interviewing and sourcing candidates
Candidates must be currently living in UAE
Salary is up AED 21,000
