About the Role
We are seeking a Junior HR Coordinator to be based on-site with a leading construction contractor. This role is designed to streamline communication between the construction site and our recruitment office, ensuring seamless coordination of hiring processes and generating more job vacancies.
While this is not a recruitment-heavy role at this stage, the coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing interviews, collecting feedback, and proactively identifying staffing needs to support both the site and our recruitment operations.
This position serves as a strategic extension of our recruitment team, providing real-time insights and efficient HR coordination to enhance hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison Between Site & Recruitment Office: Act as the primary point of contact between the construction site team and our recruitment team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on hiring needs.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews for site-based roles, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Job Generation: Work closely with project managers and department heads to proactively identify upcoming vacancies and initiate job requisitions.
- Candidate & Feedback Management: Track candidate interviews, collect hiring manager feedback, and relay insights back to our recruitment team to enhance placement success.
- Workforce Planning Support: Monitor workforce requirements on-site and alert the recruitment office of upcoming needs.
- HR Documentation Support: Assist with maintaining interview logs, job descriptions, and other hiring-related documents as needed.
- General HR Support: Provide administrative support related to hiring activities, onboarding coordination, and other HR processes.

Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years in an HR coordination, administration, or recruitment support role, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced site environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively between teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- UAE Driving License
Salary:
AED
4,500 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
