Position Title: Junior HR Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus free transportation
Job Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A multi -awarded Energy Solution provider group, based in Jebel Ali, Dubai , with proven capabilities in meeting energy needs for power plants, erection and installation of towers, and major power projects within GCC.

Job Description:
• Prepare the Payroll and all the employees related benefits and expenses.
• Lead the recruitment process by conducting interviews along with the respective line manager
• Maintain and keep record of all employee’s documents, Historical data, Medical - visa. expiries
• Oversee and approve all the Recruitment and Employee’s expenses and benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
• Minimum 10 years of Human resources experience covering all HR functions and 3 years as HR Manager
• Previous working experience in Dubai Free Zone is preferred
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
