Junior HR Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Junior HR Officer who is ready to make an impact! If you're someone with a few years of HR admin/generalist experience, eager to learn from HR professionals, and excited to work in a fun, dynamic environment, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is as broad as you are open to making it as you grow and initially some of your tasks may include:
• Manage onboarding and off boarding processes.
• Handle employee relations and resolve people-related issues.
• Prepare and report HR data from relevant branches
• Collaborate closely with the team in a generalist HR role.
• Be approachable, think on your feet, and bring innovative solutions to the table.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
