Job description / Role
Our client is seeking a Junior HRBP to join their fast growing team. This role will be split between Dubai & Fujairah, with the aim to help develop the HR function.

Our client is a leading Dubai based business, who is rapidly expanding across the region
Description
* HRIS implementation and management of HR data
* Support all employee enquiries
* Manage the employee life cycle
* Manage all on boarding and off boarding in line with the UAE regulations
* Coordinate all training programs for all departments including the factory
* Manage all processes for re locations and transfers including visa applications etc
* Aid the recruitment manager with the Talent Acquisition process, including interviewing and full on boarding
* Ensure consistency between the HR function in Dubai and Fujairah

Requirements
* 3 years HR experience (UAE experience not essential)
* Degree qualified in a HR and similar subject
* Open to driving to Fujairah at least once a week
* The suitable candidate must have use of their own car
* Desire to develop and grow within a HR team
* Strong administration experience
