Position Title: Junior Legal Advisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary AED: up to 17,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

About the Client:
A Sharjah based dynamic Freezone organization offering hassle-free business setup solutions within UAE.

Job Description:
1. Conduct legal research and analysis, providing support in drafting and reviewing legal opinions, contracts, and agreements.
2. Advise on legal matters, identify risks, and support the Legal Affairs Manager
3. Assist in handling disputes, claims, and legal proceedings, including settlement negotiations and representation in hearings when required.
4. Provide legal guidance on corporate governance and support overall legal operations.

Qualifications:
1. Open to Indian nationals, aged 40 and below
2. Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years’ UAE experience
3. Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
