Position Title: Junior Logistics Controller
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
One of the leading industrial powerhouses in UAE that excel in power generation, manufacturing, supplying electrical equipment to oil & gas services.

Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Monitor & review the daily operations of the logistics department and coordinate the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain favorable terms and collaborate with other departments (Procurement & Finance).
- Perform analysis of the overall budget/expenses for the logistics operations of the organization.
- Determine the most cost-effective and efficient means of transportation services.

Qualifications:
- Open to Sri Lankan and Pakistani nationalities
- Male, 35 years old and below
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in freight forwarding companies is a must
- Knowledge of UAE Customs Regulations is required
- Experience handling trade lane (IRAQ) is an advantage
- Strong understanding of incoterms & its applications
- UAE driving license is an advantage
