Junior Marketing Analyst - Middle East and North Africa

Reporting to the Marketing Director – Northern Europe, and supported by the Associate Marketing Manager – MENA, the Junior Marketing Analyst will be responsible for supporting integrated global marketing campaigns that grow pipeline, speed revenue generation, and increase brand awareness. They will assist in the execution of integrated, focused marketing programs, including new customer acquisition and prospect nurturing specifically for the Middle East and North African markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support BravoSolution’s Marketing Automation platform (HubSpot)
- Review and categorise clean data correctly
- Cleanse old data and replace with new data
- Build vertical sector specific contact lists for marketing campaigns
- Upload new data lists

Support the marketing and commercial teams on the use of our MA tool:
- Ongoing maintenance and refresh of HubSpot data
- Coordinate design and production of marketing materials, emails and landing pages
- Contribute to the activities associated with PR and advertising
- Assist with the production and implementation of internal and external events
- Assist with the creation of content – interviews, discussions
- Monitor discussions and the brand in the market place
- Increase social media presence and frequency
- Support with the maintenance of local websites
- Supporting the regional Field Marketing team in our Shanghai and Sydney offices
- Some travel mainly in the Middle East and North African regions, with potential overseas travel, as part of the global marketing team
- Other adhoc marketing related duties as deemed necessary to the company

Requirements

- Degree qualified, preferably with a Marketing or Business Administration degree
- Social media savvy
- Technically intuitive with good data analytics skills
- Strong office application and technical application skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently with assigned tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, communication, technical and problem-solving skills are required
- Fluent written and verbal Arabic and business level English
