Junior Mechanical Technician - Maintenance Oil & Gas Heavy Industrial Experience

One of Reputed Aluminum Production company is looking for Hydraulic/Mechanical Technician for Workshop Maintenance Operations in Dubai:

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of reading Machine drawing, hydraulic & Pneumatic circuit diagram & trouble shooting of the respective equipments.
• Repair/overhauling of mechanical equipment such as Centrifugal pumps, gearboxes & Hydraulic & Pneumatic cylinders.
• Repair/overhauling of Compressors & blowers, Hydraulic/Pneumatic pumps, Hydraulic/Pneumatic motors, Hyd. Valves and actuators etc.
• Shall be able to take decision on acceptance & rejection of worn out parts to ensure effective repair.
• Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections with all assembly parameters
• Record repairs and maintenance performed in the Overhauling Reports.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Must have experience in trouble shooting of workshop equipments like Hydraulic jacks, Pumps, Lathe machines, shearing machines etc.
• Must have clear understanding of gear backlash knowledge and bearing condition assessment.
• Diploma and bachelor in engineering (Mechanical)
• Must have 8 to 15 years of Experience in Repair & Overhauling,Pneumatric Equipment.
• Must have hands-on mechanical experience to repair/Overhaul new equipments independently referring manuals & instructions.
• Must be in UAE on Employment Visa

Salary will be 4500 - 5000 with Free Food Accommodation & Transport
