Employment: Full Time

Dubai - Admin / Office - JLT

As Junior Administrator you will have a minimum of 1 year’s relevant office experience, providing office administrative support.

Key responsibilities as a Junior Administrator
• Answering the telephone calls and directing calls.
• Sort internal & external mail,
• Manage and respond to electronic mail.
• Manage both the incoming and outgoing post, stamping and taking to post office/collection point.
• Take the daily banking and managing incoming remittances.
• Scanning, copying, keeping office printer/copier stocked up.
• Organise refreshments for meetings and visitors.
• Book meeting rooms through Outlook calendar system
• Arranging, supporting, and assisting all interview processes with hiring managers
• Manage the pipeline of candidates from attraction, throughout the hiring process, through to a successful job offer to ensure the best candidate experience

Requirements

• You will be a motivated individual with excellent time management and a confident member of a team able to assist and communicate with staff at all levels.
• Able to use own initiative when working alone and within office based teams.
• You will be punctual, reliable and possess good written and mathematical skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; phone and one to one interaction.
• Fluent English.

The role will suit individuals currently working as an Junior Finance Administrator, Junior Office Administrator, Apprentice Sales Administrator, Office Junior, Junior Sales Administrator and be living within a commutable distance of Dubai, Jumeriah Lake Towers
