Junior Planning Engineer

Job summary

Our client is seeking a planning engineer with UAE experience in villa and building construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of planning procedures, document control, and project filing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Develop and implement planning procedures and document control systems
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential delays and proposing solutions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and filing systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules
• Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Provide support to project managers and teams in planning and scheduling matters

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in villa and building construction projects in the UAE
• Currently residing in the UAE
• Solid understanding of planning procedures, document control, and project filing systems
• Proficient in project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) is an added advantage
