Jr Projects Coordinator for a Group Company Assigned in the Military Base

Position: Junior Projects Coordinator For Military Facilities
Salary: Up to aed 6k depending on qualification and experience plus company vehicle and incentives

JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Represent the company in an ethical and respectful manner
* Interface with the military personnel at all levels
* Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the project
* Actively participate in daily briefings and meetings, sends daily report to the client.
* Coordinate inventory and orders of stocks for consumables
* Manage all tasks related to storage, tools, logistics, delivery of supplies, etc.
* Transport/drive the assigned vehicle to assigned locations
* Handle employees and client’s concerns and react quickly with positive approach
* Full responsibility and compliance of Safety and Security policies at the site
* Ability to foster business opportunities on site
* Coordinate all tasks with the head office in Dubai and management
* Manage credit card transactions for special purchases
* Provide direction to onsite teams and suppliers
* Control critical/emergency situations and seek immediate resolutions while ensuring minimum disruption to the business
* Ensure alignment of standards to comply with the military requirements to achieve all SLA’s and KPI’s
* Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the facilities environment implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures that
* Reduce short and long-term operating costs while increasing productivity and the workplace experience

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Open to Male, Filipino nationals, between 28 and 35 years old
* Must have UAE driving license
* Preferably non smoker
* Strong English communication skills
* Great customer service skills with positive attitude
* Team player and flexible
* Experience in logistics or facility management of procurements or project management
* Can join immediately
