Job description / Role
Our client, a large contracting company is urgently recruiting for a Jr. QA/QC Engineer to be based in the UAE. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Responsible for all aspects related to project quality assurance & quality control
• Implementation of the quality management & control program for the project
• Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirement
• To ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to specified requirements
• Issue and administer Non-Conformance reports as necessary and ensure follow up
• Completion of final quality documentation in a presentable manner, in accordance with the conditions of contracts
• Responsible for overseeing / audits of subcontractor Quality management systems
• Capable of understanding Project specifications and related code of standards
• Preparation and submission of all Quality records
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• General understanding of foundation engineering, civil works and ground improvement works
• 3-4 years (preferably in piling)
