We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Recruitment Consultant - Intern to join our fast-paced recruitment team in Dubai, UAE. As an Junior Recruitment Consultant - Intern, you will support our recruitment team in various tasks related to the hiring process. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
- Prepare and present candidate shortlists to clients, ensuring a good match between candidates and job requirements.
- Manage the interview scheduling process, coordinating between clients and candidates to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles, client interactions, and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Support the senior recruitment consultants in various administrative tasks, including preparing proposals and conducting market research.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the development of recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to the overall growth of the recruitment team by actively participating in team initiatives and training programs.

Requirements:
Education:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
Salary:
AED
500 to 1,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
