Junior Sales Associate (Technical)

Job description / Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Coordinator with a Structural, Civil or Mechanical Engineering background to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing technical and commercial offers, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities within the Foundation division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support in follow-up of ongoing offers and tracking of project progress.
- Handle client communication professionally and provide prompt responses to inquiries.
- Assist in marketing activities such as cold calls, preparing brochures, presentations, and social media updates.
- Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, technical submittals, and project proposals.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and documentation.
- Maintain and update client databases, project records, and sales reports.
- Prepare and organize sales-related documents, presentations, and reports.

- Diploma in Structural / Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination, technical sales, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English language is a must. Knowledge in Arabic and/or Hindi language will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented and proactive attitude.

Salary:
AED 8000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Housing/Transportation /Flight Allowances
