Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A vacancy is available for a female/male journalist position with a leading technology & business publication based in Dubai. The candidate must be fluent in Native English and have exceptional grammar and writing skills. Editorial background in business or technology reporting is a plus, but not required. The candidate will be responsible for producing stories for both print and digital media. Experience with photography, conducting interviews, and covering events is an advantage. Regional and international travel is to be expected, and the candidate must have excellent time management and organizational skills.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in the same field
• Native English speaking only
• One who can specialize in a particular area of interest, be it sports, business, telecom, technology, automotive current affairs
• Journalists don’t just write pieces; they might be involved with sub-editing, layout, graphics, illustrating and a whole host of other roles.
