Our Sales Teams are the “conquerors” of the Group, developing our business across UAE working on a unique portfolio of brands

We are currently looking for Sales Executives, with a strong expertise in retail, outdoor sales and a high interest in the beauty industry to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, drive sales, achieve targets and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guarantee the brand image expressed at the point of sale
- Motivate, manage and develop customers within a given geographic area for a specific brand portfolio.
- Achieve the sales targets and qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the Sales Manager.
- Inform and guide salon managers, stuff and hairdressers in salons about launches, focusing on the messages for the sale, and advise to participate in business and product training, according to the needs and business challenges of their salon.
- Sell events/open days to decision makers within salons by showing them the potential.
- Ensure that sales events/open days are implemented correctly including enthusiastic teams in the salon and monitor the achievement of the event/open day targets.
- Enforce compliance with merchandising and brand requirements in the salon.
- Control the quality of the provision of the sales event service and prepare a report.
- Maximise the In Salon Market Share (ISMS) by implementing all product categories and ensuring that a maximum number of different referrals are made with regard to the potential of the salon.
- Ensure an effective educational partnership (recruit customers for training, attending events, etc.).
- Conduct regular development interviews with customers to track the achievement of sales targets and identify possible development activities (training, consultancy and development interventions, further referrals, etc.).
- Monitor sales and identify new business opportunities for your market.
