Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time


• Achieve turnover and profit for export business designated area.
• Achieve Forecast accuracy & Service rate based on the yearly preset target.
• Handle the administrative follow-up, organization and preparation of the elements required to drive sales (SISO, FTE, information systems, etc.).
• Work hand in hand with business partners to accelerate ACD market share in export market, numerical distribution, medical strategy, CAPEX & events.
• Collect, analyze the information entered by the sales force, come up with action plans to drive growth in the respective territories.
• Provide the necessary follow-up and information for the organization of business meetings internally as well as with countries.

• Monitors sell in & sell out excellence
* Forecasts business with accuracy
* Follows-up & controls
* Masters brand selling scenarios
* Manages staffing & relationship

You Have…

• A BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
• Experience in sales and able to provide solutions based on customer needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
