Job description / Role
- Determine the most crucial needs within the target organization and deliver first class service
- Determine a strategy to retain and grow accounts
- Carry-out analysis on the market to understand the dynamics of the customer
- Come-up with an effective pricing structure
- Conduct accounts reviews
3 main areas of focus:
- Nurture relationship with Adecco Group to cover all Key accounts present in the region
- Establish a list of top regional accounts (Conglomerates or International) with key potential and develop it
- Answer RFI/RFPs according to Adecco standards
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in the staffing / recruitment industry in a sales role
- Knowledge of local (UAE) market would be an asset
- Knowledge of Permanent Placement and/or Professional Staffing is essential
- A proven track record of business successes and achievements
- University degree
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Able to build strong relationships
- Excellent writing skills for answering RFPs
- Planning and organisation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadline oriented projects simultaneously
- Ability to build and manage customer relationships and develop business opportunities.
- Dynamism. Strong personality, able to motivate, influence, take initiative and display high level of energy
- Act as a team player with an entrepreneur touch
- Resilience. Working under pressure and tolerance to frustration
