Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The roles and responsibilities of the position include, but not are limited to the following:

* Execute and agree sales plans with customers to deliver budgeted volume profit and ROI (P&L responsible): be resourceful and employ innovative sales and marketing solutions to deliver value, gross margin, and volume target for your customers. Manage Trade Terms, agreements, price increases , and promotional plans. Develop Commercial solutions to issues
* Develop, coach, and execute commercial and trade plan. Align and work alongside with the TMM, channel Manager, Key Account Executive to determine strategic and Key Activities, and use Commercial /category inside to influence future plans
* Accountable for the P&L result channel wise
* Analyze portfolio and build sustainable vertical and horizontal distribution , sales and profitability of existing, and new product launch
* Produce accurate annual /monthly sales and demand forecast as Key input into S & Op process and monitor / drive urgency to meet customer's needs
* Mentor, coach. And support channel Managers. Key account & Executive to work efficiently with high productivity return
* Set and monitor Sales targets for the team
* Liaise with Trade Marketing Team to set and implement strategies for new products.
* Stay up-to -date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales and channel profitability
* Manage commercial budget spending in the most efficient way to secure growth of the business with minimum spending budget

Requirements

* Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration
* Minimum 5-7 years of previous experience or experience in Key Account Management in a Managerial role in the UAE
* An excellent communication skill in English, French is a plus
* Must have an experience in FMCG Industry
* Strong Account Management and Relationship building skills
* Experience in managing major national Accounts at Head Office level
