Job description / Role
Responsible for creating, maintaining long term relationship with Hypermarkets & Other Key Accounts and maximizing sales opportunities.
Responsibilities in detail:
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
• Servicing the needs of the existing Key Accounts.
• Setting sales targets for the Team Members and Team as a whole.
• Recruiting, Training & Monitoring your team's performance .
• Developing sales strategies, setting targets, compiling and analyzing sales figures.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
• Develop and lead effective go to market model for UAE market.
• Executive’s sales and activity performance.
• B.D.A’s with respective clients conducting periodical business reviews with clients.
• Provides timely, accurate, market intelligence to formulate pricing strategy and implement approved pricing structure on all products, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Timely Collection as per official credit granted to client.
• Coordinate with the Finance Team for timely processing of invoices and collections from customers.
Requirements
• Relevant Experience in Modern Trade Channel for A & B Class Markets within UAE Market
• Must hold valid Driving License & Car
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Preference will be given to the candidates who are available to start immediately
