Job description / Role
One of the Leading FMCG Distribution company in the UAE is looking for Key Account Manager ;
• Achieving the targets and goals set for the assigned Key accounts.
• Establishing, maintaining relationship with the customer.
• Increasing business opportunities.
• Setting sales targets the team.
• Training sales staff.
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
• Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
• Collecting customer feedback and market research.
Requirements
• Prior experience in handling Carrefour as Key Account is a plus
• 8-12 yrs Experience in FMCG Food segment, in UAE Market
• Must be fluent in English (Arabic & French proficiency preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and meeting the timelines
• Sales Planning & Negotiation Skills
