Position Title: Key Account Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25,000AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is a group of company handling diversified brands under Retail Industry
Job Role:
• Build and manage strong customer relationship
• Market plan for each brand by channel (marketing calendar by customer, by sector, promotions, and events)
• Negotiate with key accounts annual contracts, new listing, new accounts, seasonal promotions, workplan for sales executives and merchandisers
• Generate new business development opportunities
• Increase numeric and weighted distribution by all trade channels
• Act as the lead point of contact for sales and merchandising agents - maximise sales, distribution and presentation of products
Requirements
Requirements:
• Female, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or any relevant field
• Minimum 8 years of sales and marketing experience in FMCG industry
• Proven experience in key account management
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• Must have a valid UAE driving license
• Excellent communication skills
