Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Based at our Dubai office, this role will require regional travel with main focus on the UAE. The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate visas to travel throughout Middle east and Africa.

Key responsibilities will include the following:
• Sell Triax SMATV products and solutions to customers (Multiswitches, Fiber products, cables, dishes, IPTV headend & middleware, digital signage, HSIA with more)
• Maintain existing accounts as well as developing new accounts on specific markets with special focus on the UAE
• Responsible for development and management of partner relationships and development of sales and marketing initiatives in order to ensure targets are met
• Prepare and arrange presentations, meetings, key decision makers, quoting, negotiating and closing deals with existing and new partners, hotels, project MEP contractors, consultants and client representatives
• Prepare Triax submittals and engaging closely with consultants and contractors for system approvals for Triax solutions
• Plan and conduct sales calls in-person, via phone and via email
• Proactively follow-up on new leads and marketing campaigns
• Work with the team to develop winning tender responses.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets on sales and revenue
• Improve sales performance and efficiency through training, development and performance management
• Create local and regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
• Prepare and review the Sales forecast, yearly budgets for the area of responsibility
• Analyze local and regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
• The job requires you to attend formal training as well as ongoing self-education about Triax Products as well as Triax hospitality solutions


• Candidate must have proven work experience as key account manager or similar sales role in the Middle East within similar industry
• Candidate must have more than 5 year experience with Hospitality solution sale
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
• Good knowledge about SMATV products
• Good understanding of headend’s, multiswitches, IPTV products and casting
• Identifies the needs of customers, both internal and external, delivers on promises and meets expectations
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Availability to travel as needed
• Excellent team-working skills

The successful candidate must have:
• Bachelor degree or MBA with IT background or similar disciplines
• Good communication skills
• Fluently in English
• Computer and IT infrastructure skills sufficient to navigate business applications, understand our products and to setup product demonstrations
• Valid UAE driving license.
