Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key Account Manager responsibilities include:
• Proper monitoring and coordination with the team for maintaining FIFO, Price Tags, and Barcode of the product, POS Material, planogram, and regular shelf.
• Store check at a customer level to ensure healthy sales and reduced returns from the market.
• Coordinate with assigned team to execute sales promotions implemented by the Head of Sales & Distribution and Trade Marketing Team.
• Support the assigned and Delivery Teams to have a smooth delivery process and help to solve the issues if required.
• Maintain weighted (listed SKUs VS invoiced) distribution ratio at the level instructed by the company.
• Maintain weighted (out-of-stock branch-wise VS listed) ratio at the minimum level instructed by the company to avoid loss of sales.
• Maintain weighted (listed VS available branch-wise) ratio at the level instructed by the company to have good sales volume.
• Maintain numeric (IGT universe) distribution ratio at the level instructed by the company.
• Lead the Business Development Agreement yearly renewal with the customers, negotiate the terms, and make a yearly business review in coordination with the Head of Sales & Distribution.
• Develop customer relations through the corrective measures taken together with the Head of Sales & Distribution to solve the real issues raised by customers.
• Monitor the team’s activities on the market and attendance to ensure all employees are on duty and generating revenue.
• Train and motivate the team to help the achieve the company objectives and targets.
• Regular meetings with the assigned team to explain the target points to be corrected and gaps to be closed.
• Distribute the target among the assigned team and regular follow-up and actions to achieve the target by the team and himself..
• Design and implement (in coordination with the Head of Sales & Distribution) a strategic business plan that ensures its strong presence within the assigned area.
• Setting daily objectives in coordination with the weekly/monthly Targets and Journey Plan
• Plan the day as per the Journey Plan and as per the Delivery schedule of the day.
• Explore & implement new ideas to develop the existing and potential business and maintain a good relationship with the customers.

Requirements

FMCG Distribution Company with Office in Sharjah currently looking for Key Account Manager to handle Carrefour, Spinneys, and Geant. The candidate should have the below:
• Proven 5-10 yrs. of experience handling the same role.
• Experience in Carrefour UAE, Spinneys, Geant.
• Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Business or a related field required.
• Valid UAE driving license and a car are mandatory.
• Be a quick thinker to solve issues within our grasp, if not highlight it to our superior.
• Good knowledge of the assigned area roads, alternative roads, and customers’ locations.
