Overview

A reputable and well-established pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Key Account Manager for their team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enlisting processes and product availability across specified accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of business objectives.
• Forecast, monitor, and manage product availability, delivery, and inventory of assigned accounts.
• Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements.
• Identify opportunities for partnership with local health authorities; initiate market access initiatives.
• Ensure the implementation of a strategy for obtaining and maximizing market access.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good understanding of the UAE healthcare system, processes, and governance.
• Strong network in market access within the industry and customer base.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
