Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Acquiring Real estate agencies for the online multiple listing portal.
• Develops a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
• Driving the accounts towards more revenue.
• Expands the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Ensures the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Resolves any issue faced by clients and deal with complaints.
• Ensuring best output from the managed portfolio of accounts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on acquiring and developing the clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

• Open to Indian & Pakistan nationalities.
• Preferably with UAE driving license and a car.
• Minimum 2 years of similar experience.
• Strong UAE sales background, preferably estate agency, banking, insurance, hospitality, Luxury brands.
• Real ‘go-getter’ attitude with the passion and desire to succeed.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Energetic and has a positive entrepreneurial mindset

Fixed salary up to AED 8,000 (max) plus huge incentives/commissions on top of the salary.
Work visa + health insurance shall be provided.

UAE based candidates shall be entertained
