Job description / Role
Our client based in the UAE, is looking to hire a Key Account Manager for their automated marketing and customer suit for HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant & Cafe). The main purpose is to understand customer’s needs, find new prospects, increase market share, follow up, close deals, and build customer loyalty by being a real business partner.
Responsibilities:
- To promote the automated system engine services to the HORECA industry in the U.A.E.
- To actively follow up on leads provided by support team
- To achieve sales targets
- To self-generate new customers for automated system engine
- To actively engage new partners for coupon offers
- To be fluent in the use of the automated system engine (Training would be provided)
- To be able to present automated system engine to potential customers in a positive and professional manner
- To coordinate with both customer and automated system engine I.T. for installation of services with new venues
- To maintain a good working relationship with both existing and new clients and continually update them with any new system update and features
- To collate any customer feedback on the automated system engine

- Salary package range – 7,000-10,000 AED

Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of previous experience or experience in Key Account Management in the UAE
- Proven inside B2B sales experience
- Result driven/Goal oriented
- Age from 25 to 40
- Experience in HORECA industry would be a benefit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Advanced Negotiation skills
- UAE driving license
