Job description / Role
This opportunity is with an Industrial Automation company into Machine Diagnostics, Predictive Maintenance, and Condition Monitoring, across UAE and Saudi Arabia
- Drive Business Value: Collaborate closely with clients to thoroughly understand their business objectives, ensuring our solutions align with their goals and deliver maximum value.
- Account Growth & Expansion: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts, leading efforts to expand our presence and impact.
- ROI Development & Presentation: Create detailed ROI analyses and engaging presentations to highlight the significant benefits and value of our solutions to clients.
- Senior Management Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with senior management at client organizations, clearly communicating our value proposition and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Reliability Expertise: Apply your deep knowledge of reliability engineering to assist clients in optimizing their reliability processes and outcomes.
- Project Leadership: Oversee and manage reliability improvement projects, providing expert guidance to ensure successful execution and measurable results.
- Maintenance Insight: Leverage your extensive maintenance experience to understand and address clients' specific challenges, tailoring solutions to their unique needs.
- Consultative Approach: Use a consultative approach in client interactions, offering insightful advice and customized solutions that align with their operational objectives.
- Industry Knowledge: Employ your thorough understanding of the process industry to deliver focused and effective customer success strategies.
Requirements:
Education:
- MBA degree from a reputed institution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of overall experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in the process industry or as a consultant with a strong maintenance background.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering Asset Life Cycle Management projects and leading Reliability Improvement initiatives.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior management.
- Advanced financial acumen, particularly in calculating and presenting ROI analyses.
- Proven consulting experience, with a consultative approach to solving complex customer challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of maintenance practices and process industry operations.
- Consultative approach with a keen ability to identify and address customer needs.
Travel: This role involves extensive travel within the UAE and internationally.
