Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global iconic brand which is looking to hire a Key Account Manager to join the Dubai office. This role will work closely with the distributor network to grow the business and strengthen the brands presence in the region.
This is an exciting and challenging role to join a dynamic team and help grow the business through developing commercial and marketing plans for assigned markets within the Middle East. You will utilise your communication and negotiation skills to collaborate and effectively manage partner relationships to drive profitability, brand presence and competitor edge. In addition, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, negotiating contracts, establishing new distributor relationships, and forecasting sales performance. You will report to the Regional Sales Director and will be trusted with a high level of autonomy to manage planning and the P&L for assigned accounts/territories. This role would best suit a commercially minded sales professional who is highly organised, and possesses excellent communication skills and ability to forge strong client relationships.
To be considered for this role you must hold a bachelors in Business Administration or related field, with a minimum of 3 years sales experience in a similar role working with distributors for a Multinational brand preferably within F&B or Consumer goods. This role will involve travel across the region as and when required by the business, therefore candidates must be flexible and willing to travel when necessary.
