The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.

We are actively seeking a skilled professional to join our TikTok LIVE Operations team in Dubai as a Revenue Campaign Operation Manager. In this pivotal role, you will work with the Creator Managers' Lead and the Revenue Campaigns Lead to implement gamification strategies to influence user behavior, amplify platform activeness, and ultimately drive revenue growth.

Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Design and configure revenue campaigns tailored to the partner's goals, ensuring alignment with overall strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns seamlessly and maintain high quality throughout the process.

Campaign Innovation and Formats:
- Develop and propose innovative campaign formats, including gamification elements, to enhance audience engagement and drive revenue.
- Partner with creative teams to deliver visually compelling and interactive materials that captivate the audience.

Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Collaborate with the data analysis team to leverage insights for ongoing campaign optimization and gamification development.
- Maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Audience Engagement Strategies:
- Design and implement gamification features and strategies to maximize audience participation and gifting behavior during campaigns.
- Collaborate with the partner and internal content teams to create campaign-specific assets that align with user preferences and platform trends.

Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure flawless execution and consistent delivery of high-impact campaigns.
- Provide feedback and support to peers to uphold quality standards across all campaigns.

Post-Campaign Analysis:
- Deliver detailed post-mortem reports, evaluating campaign performance and the effectiveness of gamification strategies.
- Use insights to inform future campaigns and refine strategies for ongoing success.

Requirements:

- English and Arabic is required for this position to effectively collaborate with Arabic and English-speaking partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years proven experience in revenue-growth role, gaming companies heavily focused on gamification to drive revenue and activity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good knowledge of data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic about the gaming and digital entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with the region and nuances is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market and cultural nuances.
