Key Client Executive

Job description / Role

We are currently hiring for a client, a leading provider of worldwide smart end-to-end supply chain logistics. The role is Trade Marketing Manager, which will be based in the UAE. In this position, the job holder will work as a part of the marketing team to deliver planned revenue, volume, and gross margin of key brands & customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute the Key Client Strategy focused on Trade retention
• Assist management in generating & driving logistics and forwarding revenue contribution
• Drive key client growth plans pursuing opportunities and ensuring a healthy pipeline to deliver revenue & volume targets
• Provide support to the Key Client management in Owning the Tender and Contract procedures for the key clients.
• Provide support in Monitoring key clients performance as per contracts/nominations/commitments including outstanding accounts receivables and proactively address business variations.
• Provide inputs on volumes, revenue budgets & forecasts as required by Marketing / Management.
• Update and manage CRM tools

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Essential Qualification: Higher Diploma / University Graduate / Bachelors in Business Administration
• Desirable Qualification: Masters in Business Administration
• Work Experience: More than 5 years of sales and marketing experience in a similar field.

Technical skills required to perform the role:

• Market Awareness
• In-depth knowledge of traders
• Negotiation skills
• Business knowledge – port operations
