Job description / Role

We are currently looking for Kitchen Admin/Hygiene Officer to join the pre-opening tribe of 25hours Dubai One Central.

What you will be doing:
- You'll make sure the accounts are correct and admin processes run smoothly
- You'll support ordering processes and optimum inventory management
- You'll support various Kitchen projects
- You'll participate to various projects for the different venues associated to the Kitchen division.
- You'll understand and handle daily audit processes.
- You'll research and analyse cost efficiency for all section
- You'll be responsible for the administration, operation and coordination of Hygiene and safety related matters
- You'll be responsible along with Chief Steward/HACCP Manager for guiding the Dept. Heads in the implementation and maintenance of the established H.A.C.C.P. standards in accordance to Hotel policies
- You'll be responsible for ensuring total compliance with Local legislation in terms of Health, Safety and Hygiene.
- You'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining high sanitation standards in all food
- You'll maintain direct & update all administrative records & documentation pertaining to Environmental Management & Objectives (Earth Check/ISO 14001/Planet21)
- You'll maintain & Ensures HACCP Documentation Control, Audit Results & Corrective Actions required & Information flow between departments.
- You'll carry out & record monthly checks to ensure compliance. Sets up an action plan based on the hygiene analysis results and tracks implementation
- You'll maintain training Log of all Heartists who had done/scheduled to be trained on all municipality related training programmes
- You'll ensures the PIC Programme of Dubai Municipality is effective in the operations
- You'll brings to the attention of Management any process where our care of the Environment is put at risk by our practices

- You've had professional experience in a similar role, and you're passionate about working in Kitchen
- You have fun trying things out and taking the road less travelled
