Job description / Role

As a reputed Kitchen Retailer and Manufacturer since 2002 in Sharjah, dealing with modern style of wooden and aluminum kitchen cabinets and wardrobes, we require a very much energetic candidate who should be able to do design, estimate production list independently, and at the end to conclude sales deals with the customers.

• The candidate should be very much professional with a university degree and excellent English or Arabic skills in communications, excellent customer follow up with high sales profile for indoor sales as sales is mandatory for this job position.
• Responsible for the Kitchen Cabinets design, retail sales and project sales.
• Responsible for the bathroom design with the brands the company carry.
• Responsible for the doors and tiles design and sales of the brands the company carry.
• To identify, track and secure contracts from key projects.
• To obtain and analyze market information to assist with the development and implementation of strategic direction, under the supervision of the Sales & BD manager.
• To develop annual sales plans and take ownership of forecasts to create its own goals under the supervision of the Sales & BD manager.
• To establish a direct link with decision-makers in the Design, Operating and Construction companies.
• To develop and be part of the sales team, capable of developing and supporting the company’s customers.
• To participate in tradeshows, corporate and specials events in the industry representing the company’s brands and stabilizing commercial relations with new customers.

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Must have the creativity to fulfill customer expectations and more specifically in Kitchen,
• Bathrooms and home designs.
• Relevant experience with a proven track record in sales.
• Must have a good understanding of the Kitchen and Bath, Ceramic Tiles markets served in the region.
• Passionate for the interior design industry specifically Kitchen and Bath, ceramic tiles and related areas.

Education and Experience
• 2 years of experience in Kitchen Cabinets & Bathrooms sales.
• Spanish language. (Plus).
• AutoCAD, 2020 or similar. (Desirable)
• Microsoft Office – Intermediate/Expert level is mandatory.
• Physical Demands Office environment (sitting at a desk, constantly walking the store floor, etc.)
• Outside visits must be performed when the manager requires them
