Job description / Role
Position Title: Kitchen Manager
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 9,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the client:
The hiring company is a well-known casual dining restaurant in Dubai.
Job Role:
- Will handle 15 kitchen staffs
- Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand
- Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders
- Ensure that the kitchen is running smoothly
- Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments
- Schedule work shifts for employees
Requirements
Requirements:
- Open to Arabic Nationals; preferably Syrian, Lebanese and Palestinian
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant Management or any related courses
- At least 5 years of UAE experience in kitchen management
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
- Excellent communication skills
