Position Title: Kitchen Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A fast-growing food and beverage holding group in the Middle East.
Job Description:
- Provide supervision for employees to ensures that CER and FSCC standards are maintained throughout the shift*pls. check on the font
- Ensure product rotation (FIFO system in place) and maintain stock level through accurate ordering system
- Control food cost and usage by following proper usage of products, product storage procedures, standard recipes, and waste control procedures
- Train new and existing team members to achieve proficiency in knowledge and technical skills
- Manages shifts which includes daily decision making & staff support scheduling
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic nationals
- Male; 38 years old and below
- At least 2 years of experience on the same role
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
