Position Title: Kitchen Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A high-end, Levant, casual dining restaurant in Dubai specializing in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine based in Dubai

Job Description:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and taste. Conduct regular inspections and taste tests.
- Monitor food costs, labor costs, and waste to ensure profitability. Implement cost-saving measures where necessary.

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian Filipino and Indian nationalities
- Male, 45 years old below
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same role within UAE
- Immediate joiners will be prioritize

Salary:
AED 5,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
